What a great website. I just discovered your site today. I own a cabin in Littleton and like to keep abreast of the weather. Take care, Jim

What a beautiful image! I went to school in southern Maine back in the 1960s, and have never stopped loving the place. This webcam makes me long for snow, something we rarely get here in the DC suburbs. But, if I can pull this up and look at it through the day, it's almost as good as having it here - without the stupid drivers!

Thank you very much for this.

I enjoy checking in at your site and watching the seasons change in your part of the country. I've noticed recently that the cloudcam download cuts off a little after 2:00 PM. Are you aware of that?

Fred Tuesday, December 9, 2008 11:08 PM
Hello Fred,

Thank you for your comments on my website. We certainly have distinct seasons here, but fall and spring are very, very brief, with a short transition from summer to winter, and then from winter to summer. Winter is definitely our longest season, and runs from late October through mid-April.

Thank you also for the observations about the cloudcam cutting out in the afternoon. I have not observed this but I will continue to watch. It is possible that my Internet connection was down and the updates did not get FTP'ed to the website. Since I am out in the country, I have to use wireless Internet access which is usually pretty reliable but it has had brief outages in the past.

Thank you again for your interest in my website.

Fred Corey.
